Home watch is a professional service where we regularly visit and inspect your unoccupied home while you're away—whether you’re a snowbird, frequent traveler, or second-home owner. Think of us as your trusted on-site caretakers, catching small issues before they become big problems.

We proudly serve all of southern Utah, including St. George, Washington, Ivins, Hurricane, Santa Clara, Leeds, La Verkin, Cedar City, Kanab, and surrounding communities within a 60-mile radius of St. George. If your property is nearby but not listed, contact us—we’re happy to discuss service options.

Our monthly Home Watch rates are scaled by home size and visit frequency: Monthly visits start at $60 (up to 3,000 sq ft), $80 (3,001–5,000 sq ft), or $100 (5,001–7,000 sq ft); bi-monthly visits are $120, $160, and $200 respectively; weekly visits run $220, $280, and $340. You choose the cadence that fits your needs and budget. We tailor every plan to your home and schedule. Choose from monthly, twice a month, or weekly - the choice is yours. We also have add-on services to fit your specific property needs. We also offer preventative home maintenance services that can be done as needed.

The purpose of our service is to prevent problems before they occur through regularly scheduled observation and inspections. Our services are for observing and reporting only. We can not be held responsible for any damage to the property or items missing, lost, damaged or stolen under any circumstances - including but not limited to theft, vandalism, negligence of invited or uninvited individuals, or acts of nature.
